Notarized Translation

In some cases Russian government agencies require notarized translation. Translation company Maris will complete the translation and notarize all necessary documents translated from foreign language into Russian.

Documents that can be notarized:

1) Articles of incorporatio

2) Charters

3) Financial documents, etc.

Requirements for notarization

Access to an original document with a stamp

Once the translation is notarized, it will be signed by the translator and stapled to the original document. A registry number, a number of pages and notary signature will be placed on the document.

Dear Clients, Please ask the government agency about the requirements to the documents to be submitted. In many cases, the translation needs to be certified (stamped) only by a translation company providing translation and not an official notary. In such cases lower rates are applicable. It will help you avoid unnecessarily expenses!
